Importance of Monthly Budgeting Monday, Sep 21 2009

Handling my family budget can sometimes be really troublesome, but not overseeing it can put me into financial debt before I realize it. The gains from looking after mybudget correctly not only saves me money but also helps relieve stress from debt.

I have numerous things in life that influence me financially, but there is probably nothing that impacts my finances more than a household budget. There are not many individuals these days who have learned how to budget and this can result in many financial troubles, including debt. Many of us think that creating a budget was too complicated, this is the main reason why people get in to trouble. But in actuality, creating a budget is not difficult at all; it can be as easy as penciling down our spending and updating it each month. By doing this, we do not spend more than we have.

It is crucial for me to keep in mind that my budget is only my programme for my monthly expenditure. Just like any program, mybudget does require me to supervise it to keep it running correctly. Organizing information was the first step in devising my budget. I monitor my expenses like car loan repayments, utilities, car insurance, living expenses, etc. If I do not organise mybudget, I can easy find myself in debt. It is vital for me to know how much I need on expenditures every month.

I see two benefits with keeping an eye on with my finances through my budget. First of all, I am able to save money on unnecessary expenditure. Secondly, I can keep myself from going into unnecessary debt. When I spend my money wisely, I buy only things that are essential and I free up money that I can use on something that I want or can save it. With the spare money I am able to save, I have the option of putting it aside and investing.

Maintaining Composure amidst Thinning Hair Friday, Jun 12 2009

It’s not easy to talk about, but invisible lace wigs were not always my passion. Dancing was the only thing I cared about. This applied till the day when I started to lose my hair during chemotherapy. I resolved that I couldn’t allow for the chance of living as a bald Mr. Clean by sheer dumb luck.

I imagined that I was all alone, lacking a real head of hair. I believed that it would be more than difficult to regain fabulous style. Boy, I was incorrect. Before I got my authentic wig, I found a wide array of silly fake hair pieces that I couldn’t stand. My boyfriend Malcolm told me about some dignified wig stores where I could get human hair wigs I could wear proudly.

Well I got online and took a good look at their wigs. I happened upon a diverse world of, practical lace front wigs. Their natural African American wigs fit me perfectly.

With the best wig, a girl in my situation should develop confidence working towards overcoming her alopecia. Never have I been so inspired to flaunt my fashionable hats. It was magical to sassily go about as I used to on the streets of Manhattan.

It’s likely I could be exaggerating things, however looks are important to my identity. Is there further to existence than a great head of hair? Girl, it couldn’t mean much if that were so. Wigs are stylish fashion pieces to so many women.

You couldn’t imagine what wigs have done for me. Not many can tell the reality of me and my thinning hair. But that’s where I’m at, I’m just prepared to fearlessly approach my career again. Fashionable Medical Wigs made so much better for me and everyone who depends on me.

Judgmental people could say that method superficial. They’re ignorant! I don’t care who you are, what creature comforts make existing on earth so possible? Personally, the secret is working hard and my new wigs.

Care for Your Wig,

Become Competent Tuesday, Feb 17 2009

Competent means that you are able to do what you do very well. Every job position should be filled with someone who is competent in that position. No one can become competent in something without ever seeing it, reading about it, or practicing it. To become competent you have to see how it works, learn how it works; and then practice and do it.

We all have to start somewhere in our job position. A lot of the job positions available require previous experience, and in order to have previous experience you had to start out somewhere without knowing much about it. Learning takes time and to learn you should first observe. Take a look and see what is done in that job position. If it is a teaching position, watch and see what teachers do and see how they interact with the student and what they ask of them, then study how they do it and what the best techniques are to get others to learn the subject you are teaching, and then finally get in there and teach. This can apply to just about everything in life besides a job position. You can become competent in things such as cooking and losing weight, you could use the acceletrim solution and first see how the process works, then learn about it, and then make it happen by taking action. Getting the right information about whichever subject you want to be competent in is important, and even tracking down information requires this type of process.

10 Inspirational Quotes Friday, May 16 2008

“Life With Woody” 10 inspirational quotes than can improve
yourself

It might take a little coffee or probably a few rounds of beer
or any other booze you could get your hands on when it comes to
relaxing after a hard day’s work. Well, yeah I’m guilty about
that one as well, unless I’m caught dead wearing a lampshade
over my head after a few rounds of vodka… half-naked! Okay,
bad example and I apologize to everyone reading this after
getting nightmares about me in that state of drunken stupor.

Just don’t ask how it happened, please.

But what’s really interesting is that how do people go through
the usual part of life when faced with vein-popping stress? I
mean, the new age thing like Zen or yoga is one of the good
things and it actually works. Is there room for the intellectual
side of people who can actually smell the roses-in-a-can while
on the move? It kind of had me thinking that there really must
be something in this ‘mind-over-matter’ thing.

Humor is indeed the best medicine there is whenever you are. I
mean anyone can pay good money to listen to a comedian just to
make you wet your pants after laughing so hard. Despite of
what’s been happening, and to those who has gone though the
ordeal, it’s better to just laugh while facing the troubles with
a clear mind than anger with a clouded vision. One of my
favorite celebrities of all time may have to be Woody Allen. Now
this is one guy who gives you the in-your-face bluntness that he
pulls out with gusto, even without even trying. You can talk
just about anything with a man, and he’s bound to mock the
subject and you’ll end up laughing rather than being upset about
it.

Woody Allen has this to say:

1. “Money is better than poverty, if only for financial
reasons.” It sounds good to me, I mean the practicality of all
things does involve money but it doesn’t have to take an arm and
a leg to get it.

2. “I believe there is something out there watching us.
Unfortunately, it’s the government.” ‘Nuff said.

3. “There are worse things in life than death. Have you ever
spent an evening with an insurance salesman?” This happens to be
one of the classic ones. I mean the issue about life’s little
problems isn’t all that bad, until ‘he’ shows up.

Sure, relationships can get complicated, or does have its
complications that probably any author about relationships is
bound to discover it soon. We follow what our heart desires,
unless you’re talking about the heart as in the heart that pump
blood throughout your body.

4. “Love is the answer, but while you’re waiting for the answer,
sex raises some pretty interesting questions.” And if you want
more, just keep on asking!

5. “A fast word about oral contraception. I asked a girl to go
to bed with me, she said ‘no’.” It sounds, ‘practical’, I think.

And when it comes to everyday life, he really knows how to make
the best out of every possible scenario, and it doesn’t involve
a lawsuit if he strikes a nerve.

6. “Basically my wife was immature. I’d be at home in the bath
and she’d come in and sink my boats.” I never had a boat in my
bathtub before. Just staring at it while soaking in hot water
makes me seasick already.

7. “I am not afraid of death, I just don’t want to be there when
it happens.” If it rains, it pours.

8. “I am thankful for laughter, except when milk comes out of my
nose.” It could get worse when you’re guzzling on beer… or
mouthwash, and it happened to me once!

9. “If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans.”
At least he doesn’t smite us with lightning, and I’m thankful
for that.

And despite of what may happen to all of us in the next ten,
twenty, or even thirty years, I guess we all have to see things
in a different kind of light and not just perspective. I can’t
seem to imagine life without any piece of wisdom that could
guide us. Whether we’re religious or not, it takes more courage
to accept your fears and learn how to deal with them is all that
matters when it comes to even just getting along.

And to sum things up, here is the last nugget of wisdom to go
by… however, whenever, and wherever we may be.

10. “The talent for being happy is appreciating and liking what
you have, instead of what you don’t have.”

Motivation: 6 Tips You Gotta Have Monday, Apr 21 2008

Belief. Is it important to believe in yourself and your own God-given talents and abilities? As a wise friend used to say, “you betcha!” Success comes in CANS, not in CAN’TS. If we argue for our limitations, we get to keep them and fulfill them.

Life tip: Don’t ask “can I do this?” Ask “in how many ways can I do this?”

Responsibility. We live in a culture that teaches us to place the responsibility on every one and every thing but ourselves. If something good happens, it’s luck. If something bad happens, it’s someone else’s fault. A significant part of responsibility is being able to think for our selves. If you don’t learn to think for yourself, don’t worry, there are endless numbers of people who will think for you.

Life tip: Take charge of your life. Think for yourself. Responsibility means being “able to respond.”

Asking. Most of us ask really lousy questions. We start our day as we awaken with really good questions such as “Is it a work day or the weekend?” It’s downhill from there. We don’t ask for what we want, and then wonder why we don’t have it. Practice asking. Pick up and read “The Aladdin Factor” by Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield, authors of the “Chicken Soup for the Soul” series.

Life tip: Practice asking, because you have to A-S-K to G-E-T.

Action. You can have belief, responsibility, asking, and lots of other good stuff, but if you don’t have action, it’s not worth much at all. Success comes to those who take action.

Life tip: The actions you take need to be consistent, massive, intelligent and creative.

Vision. There is a proverb that says “without a vision, the people perish.” This also is true for relationships, companies and anything else worthwhile.

Life tip: Create a vision for what you want to accomplish. Make sure it is very clear. Keep it in front of you every day.

Opportunity. Louis Pasteur said “Chance favors the prepared mind.” Building belief, responsibility, asking, action and vision into your mind set and heart set prepares you to take advantage of the opportunities that will come your way.

Life tip: The saying “opportunity knocks but once” is a lie. Opportunities occur each and every day. Pay attention.

Our Limitless Quantum Reality Friday, Apr 4 2008

Modern science tells us that on a sub-atomic level — nothing is solid. That the entire universe is really one big web of vibrating “energy stew.”

If everything is just energy, why do we seem to be solid?
We’re told that everything in the physical world is really information contained in tiny packets of energy.

That on a sub-atomic level, we are vibrating fields of energy. And that in spite of appearances . . . our bones, muscles, nerves, hair and skin are not really “solid” at all.

“But,” you might very well protest. “Why then does everything look solid?”

Simple.

We don’t see the world as energy because it vibrates too fast (at the speed of light) for our senses.

If we could see and process information at the speed of light, we would be able to see right into the vibrating “quantum energy stew.”

It’s true that when you touch your desk, it does feel solid. But this is because both the desk and your hand are made up of atoms.

You remember from high school science that atoms are made up of a tiny nucleus (center) surrounded by an energy cloud of electrons.

The sensation of “solid” is the result of the electron clouds of your hand bumping up against the electron clouds of your desk.

** The Ultimate Creative Power

The same is true of our physical brains. They are also vibrating fields of energy and information. And our thoughts are also very real energy in motion.

In truth, the “solid” world only exists in our minds. We imagine the physical world into existence. And likewise through the amazing power of our thoughts, we imagine our physical selves into existence.
Think about the implications.

This is an outrageously powerful creative act.
Imagine for a moment what you can do with such awesome creative power.

** The Energetics of Life

Our individual human energy systems are influenced by everything we come in contact with. When your hand “touches” the surface of your desk, the two energy fields momentarily blend and exchange information.

Enter a room and you begin to literally exchange sub-atomic energy with everyone else in the room.

Walk into an old church and you’ll feel a sensation of peace. The church structure itself has incorporated the “vibrations” of the church-goers. This is hard science — not some “ooo gum boo gum” mystical theory.

What does this mean?
Everything (including each of us) is part of the one vast interconnected web of intelligent energy.

And the leading edge of the scientific world is convinced that this web of energy is the source of “universal consciousness.”

Whether or not you agree with that interpretation - it’s now clear that on a sub-atomic level, each of us is influenced by literally everything around us. And we, in turn, influence everything else.

** The Source of Our Limitations

Still . . . although we are made up of intelligent energy, and are directly connected to everything else in the universe, most of us still have “limitations.”

What is the nature of these limitations?

They’re actually nothing more than “beliefs!”

As children we were programmed with the beliefs of our parents, our siblings, our teachers, our friends, our churches, and our society.

We were taught to believe we have certain limits. Over time these beliefs took on the disguise of reality.

But are you really what others programmed you to believe you are?

Unlikely!

You are a wildly creative being capable of creating your own fresh interpretation of reality.

Suppose you chose to reprogram your old belief system, and create an entirely new reality for yourself! How wonderful, exciting, and fulfilling could your life become?

What is there (really?) that prevents you from doing this right now . . . today?
